The retailer Ernsting’s family has taken the product “Gina earrings with heart pendant” from the sale as a precautionary measure due to possible allergic reactions when wearing them.
During follow-up checks, an increased nickel value was found in the bracket of the earrings, which exceeds the legal limit, the company said in an information to customers, which was also published on the federal-state portal “Lebensmittelwarning.de” on Wednesday.
Wearing the earrings could cause allergic reactions.
Goods already purchased with item number 820631 can be returned to an Ernsting’s family branch. According to the information, the purchase price will be refunded even without a receipt.
