In this house program you see a Zoetermeer family on television during Buy or Demolish

Do you know the television program? Buy or Demolish? In this housing program, couples and families with a housing problem are faced with the dilemma: either buy a new house or renovate their house. In the episode of Monday, November 27, a family from the Meerzicht district of Zoetermeers participates.

In the eight episodes of Buy or Demolish we also see the Zoetermeer real estate agent Ronald Schumacher Van As Oviron Brokers and Appraisers back. He has been asked by the program to help find a suitable home for the participants in the program.

A house that is too cramped

On Monday we will see Zoetermeer residents Marijn and Remco and their four children again on TV. Ronald says: “This blended family lives in a single-family home in Meerzicht that is actually too cramped. This family’s wish is that the house fits the current family composition. The question is: do they choose to buy or demolish?”

90 days time

In the program, architect Britta van Egmond designs a renovation plan for the current home, so that it meets your wishes again. In the meantime, the team of real estate agents, led by real estate agent Alex van Keulen, has 90 days to find them a new home.

Exciting every episode

This team includes Zoetermeer real estate agent Ronald: “As a team we receive a search request and try to find a suitable home. Alex rounds up the candidates to refine the search. We then do the viewings with the participants.” After the 90 days, participants are asked whether they want to buy the house or renovate it. “Every episode it is exciting to see what the participants are going for.”
