In the midst of the conflict with the Executive branch, the president of the Supreme Court a space is made to leave the legal world and continue exploring in the literary. So much so that, consulted by NEWS, the judge revealed that is working on a novel and renewing the history of Bocahis other passion.
“I’m updating the second edition of the History of Boca Juniors and in September I publish a novel”, the president of the Court tells this magazine, before speaking for a moment about the relationship he has with the Government.
Rosatti is a prolific author. He published law books, but also a collection dedicated to the history of Boca. “One Hundred Years of Crowd” It has 4 volumes and is still available through Mercado Libre. The one on which he works now.
Nor will September be his first published fiction book. In his colorful work there is a novel dedicated to the Constitution of 1853, approved in Santa Fe, which he called “The mold and the recipe.” Of this new work that will reach bookstores in the last quarter of 2023, he does not give further details yet.
It is not all. Besides, the president of the court is about to start a doctorate in philosophy: “It is my objective for the next few years”, is raised before the concern of this chronicler.

NEWS: Do you feel harassed by the government?
Rosati: We are part of a Judicial Power that knows itself to be independent; a firm Judiciary, which is what society demands, what our community demands in the context of the republican form of government and the division of powers.
Faced with this chronicler’s questions, Rosatti apologized. He only gets to answer about the relationship between the government and the court: “It is important to highlight the independence of the Judiciary, It is a fundamental element for the health of any republic. And this is what we want to offer to society because this is what society demands from us”, he indicates before retiring.
