In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a case was opened after an accident with four dead – RBK

A criminal case has been opened in the Krasnoyarsk Territory on the fact of an accident with a bus, in which four people died, reported on the website of the regional head office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The case was initiated under Part 5 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code (violation of traffic rules and the operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence). It threatens to be imprisoned for up to seven years with a ban on holding certain positions for up to three years.

The bus, in which there were 15 people, collided with a passenger car on the 150th km of the Sayany highway. The accident happened in the area of ​​the village of Koshurnikovo. The Prosecutor’s Office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory clarified that the bus belongs to the Department of Economy and Property Relations of the Kuraginsky District.

Four people were killed – the driver and passengers of the car. They are a man born in 1960 and a woman born in 1961, as well as two minors born in 2005. Three more passengers on the bus sought medical help.
