In Saturday night’s local match in Rauma, an incident occurred in the SC league match between Luko and TPS. Reported about it Western Finland.

The fight took place in the corridor of the hall. The situation was witnessed by the narrator Risto Leino, who described the situation to LS. According to him, “quite a wrestling match” was going on.

– It was a pretty violent-looking situation, because it was a narrow corridor, families with children and bystanders were moving around. Pretty soon, though, it seemed to calm down, Leino said.

According to the article, the children had been taken away to the media room to avoid a showdown.

Event and development director of the home team Sasu Eronen said there was no need to call the police. The situation calmed down when the law enforcement officers arrived.

CEO of Luko Jukka Kunnas was stricter in his comments to LS.

– This results in long curfews, and this also results in a criminal report if there is reason for it. That doesn’t belong in hockey in any way, Kunnas said.

Lukko defeated TPS in the match with a score of 6–0.
