In the south of the Gaza Strip, in the city of Rafah, 1.4 million displaced people are waiting for the final offensive that Israel has announced. Gazans have nowhere to go and leaders from all over the world are warning Prime Minister Netanyahu of the consequences of such an attack, says editor Derk Walters. Can a humanitarian disaster still be prevented?
