Today, during Easter Monday, the center of Westerbork was once again dominated by the traditional egg throwing. The couple that threw the ball within the furthest distance – while the raw egg remained intact – took the win.
The pair always started their attempt with great ambition, but a number of times it splashed apart. Sometimes the egg yolk gushed out of the shell and it became a real mess. This made it a challenge for everyone to deliver the egg to the other side in one piece.
