The last film premiere of the year is one in which the entire Verheyen family took center stage. Daughter Anna (16) wrote the screenplay for ‘Bittersweet Sixteen’, the first Flemish high school film that can be seen in cinemas from Wednesday. Mama Lien Willaert (45) and papa Jan (58) climbed into the director’s chair and stood on the pink carpet in Kinepolis Antwerp, shining with pride.
