“A woman after a home birth placed the baby in a bag and threw it out of the window of the 4th floor of a residential building on the street. Stavropol,” the ministry said.

In June 2021 in Samara, a 24-year-old woman threw her three-year-old daughter from the balcony of the sixth floor. The woman was detained and a criminal case was opened against her under Part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder of a helpless minor), the maximum punishment for it is life imprisonment.
