The new series Love in the Jungle explores whether true love can be found by following the teachings of nature instead of modern dating. The program violates the formula of traditional dating programs when fourteen American singles get to try out the mating rituals of the animal kingdom in practice.

Participants cannot resort to speech, as interaction takes place almost entirely without verbal communication. In the beginning, each participant transforms into the animal that best describes his or her personality. This is where the introduction to sign language begins, and participants face physical challenges based on animal mating rituals on a weekly basis.

– I wonder what the heck when not to talk! Usually I don’t have time for anything in vain, one of the single women times her dating history.

Do participants have a better chance of finding true love without the distractions of today, or does embracing the wild side and giving up verbal communication cause problems?

The first section introduces, among other things, the tiger, the wasp and the peacock.

In the first physical challenge, the men face each other and try to drop each other from a floating ferry into the water, as the reward is a date. In the end, one of them is left without a pair and in the race the animal features immediately raise their heads.

– After all, women want a winner, one of the men says confidently.
