In Beek en Donk your sunflower oil is worth three spring rolls

One liter bottle of sunflower oil, in exchange for three very hot spring rolls. Barter trade has been revived on the Heuvelplein in Beek en Donk. The local spring roll baker Phoebe has been struggling for weeks with the shortage of sunflower oil and wheat flour. And her regular customers came up with a solution for that. “They are so sweet that I now even keep the score for them in a booklet,” says Phoebe exuberantly. In it she calculates the number of spring rolls that each customer will receive. “You get three spring rolls for a bottle of oil and one spring roll for a packet of flour.”
