Ukraine’s second largest power plant is in Russian hands. An important adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reports in an interview on YouTube on Wednesday evening that the power plant in the city of Voehlehirsk has been captured by the Russians. The coal-fired power station in the Donetsk region would be of great strategic importance.
