Immenhof, The great promise develops as a sequel to Immenhof, The adventure of a summer, aired on Rai 1 on the evening of Mid-August (both films are written and directed by Sharon von Wietersheim, also director of If you cook, I’ll marry you, and are distributed by Beta Film). It also awaits a third chapter of which the director seems to have already completed the script.
They are all centered on the life of three Immenhof sisters: Lou (the protagonist played by Leia Holtwick), Charlie (Laura Berlin) and Emmie (Ella Päffgen), who find themselves managing the family ranch after the death of their father.
What happened in Immenhof, The adventure of a summer
Lou, while he was taking his horses to the pasture, he sees some one in danger, mired in the swamp. Her love for horses and the help of a friend lead her to succeed save the animal. When Lou tries to return it to the owner, however, it turns out that it is not a normal horse, but of a thoroughbred, also used to compete in racing. The story always takes place in Immenhof ranch. This time though Charlie he has less time to devote himself to the life of the riding school, because he starts art school. Josy however she comes from the city, she is not used to living in a “rural” dimension, above all she knows nothing about horses. Hence, the situation for Lou and Emmieinstead of simplifying, it becomes even more complicated. To make it even more difficult, an attempt at poisoning is also put in place Cagliostro.
