UVALDE – When a gunman walked into a school in Uvalde, Texas last month and shot 19 children and 2 teachers, police were on hand 19 minutes after the gunman walked in with sufficient personnel and equipment to confront the gunman. Still, it was then another 50 minutes before the police attacked the gunman. Local media report this based on new footage that has been released.
