Actress Renée Zellweger, 53, champions natural beauty and anti-aging. The star of the Bridget Jones films openly talks about her insights related to appearance in her recent interview.

Zellweger reveals that she couldn’t wait for her 50th birthday a few years earlier. In his opinion, the age in question was a huge improvement compared to the idealized age of 20.

– 50 years felt like a completely new beginning without stupidity. It’s the age when you can stop listening to critical voices and all the expectations others have placed on you. Can be more authentically yourself.
