There is some concern about Angela de Jong’s position now that her employer DPG Media intends to take over RTL Nederland. Some people fear that Angela will be influenced by this and may write less negatively about the RTL programs. According to the opinion diva herself, this is really nonsense.
The boss decides
It is particularly funny that the experts at Shownieuws are concerned, because friend and foe agree that they mainly do what John de Mol approves of. “I’m surprised about it. When I’m watching a discussion on Shownieuws, while they are all ‘journalists’,” says Angela AD Media podcast.

Guido and Evert
Angela then brings in Private boss Evert Santegoeds and Story boss Guido den Aantrekker. “I always think: it is no coincidence that Shownieuws includes the editors-in-chief of the major tabloids.
