Iltalehti’s jury tasted the vegan cold cuts from grocery stores. Surprisingly, the cheapest product won. Many kinds of products have appeared in stores that replace products of animal origin. Vegetarians have no shortage of toppings anymore. We tested the vegan cold cuts. The jury consisted of adults, some of whom eat only vegetarian food and some who don’t. They evaluate the taste, texture and appearance of the clips. The test was carried out without seeing the product packaging. The products were scored using school grades.
