Ilkka Niiranen from Kuopio told Savon Sanomat that he had purchased a KalPa-themed party drink years ago.

In 2019, Niiranen visited Ireland a whiskey sign at the Jameson distillery and decided to commission KalPa and the Football Club Kups championship bottles. This is probably a real rarity, as there is a whiskey in the bottle, which is only made at the Jameson distillery.
The text “KalPa Finnish Champion” is printed on the label of the second bottle. The price came about 50 euros per bottle.

KalPan Bottle has been waiting for the club’s championship for six years. It came on Saturday when the Kuopio residents defeated SaiPa’s decisive finals in a 3-2 round.
Niiranen was about to get the bottle to celebrate the championship. The KuPS bottle was open already in the fall of 2019, when the club won the Veikkausliiga.
Niiranen, a whiskey enthusiast, has been following KalPa’s games since the 1970s.
