The host of Pohjois Savo clashed with Kalle Parantainen.
Iivo Niskanen visited his rival in Kuopio on Sunday Kalle Parantainen.
When Niskanen, the anchor of the Puijo Ski Club, finished in third place after the 3×7.5 kilometer relay, he took a short trip to cheer about the project. Kuusamo’s Erä-Veikkoin Parantainen crossed the finish line in sixth place, 13.4 seconds after Niskanen. Shortly after this, Niskanen walked behind Parantainen and pushed him.
Niskanen called Parantai a clown. After this, Parantainen turned towards Niska and nudged him back.
– Don’t take it now, Parantainen said to Niskanen.
The man from Erä-Veikkou walked away from the goal area until his teammates inquired why Niskanen was a hot hook.
– It screamed to get off. I don’t give a damn, Parantainen said.

The disagreement was probably caused by something that happened a good kilometer before the finish line. The total duration of the competition at that time was about 50 minutes.
Niskanen was frantically chasing the top six. The host of Pohjois Savo reached the top corner and started on the uphill from the left side to pass Parantai, who was fifth in the race at that point. The man from Erä-Veikkou switched to branching, just like Niskanen. Puijolainen had no room to pass Parantai and the man’s speed slowed down.
The healer had no duty to dodge in the situation.
– I tried to pass from the left, but Parantainen jumped in front and didn’t even dodge. After that, it was a dead end project and went through the cracks, Niskanen commented in an interview with Viaplay.
Iltalehti approached the media writing about Niska in the interview area after the award ceremony of Sunday’s competition.
– I have nothing to do with you, Niskanen announced.
Iltalehti did not reach Parantai after the competition.
The domestic competitions of the past few weeks have been special for Niskanen. In the 20-kilometer traditional competition of the Vantaa Ski Championship, the man progressed on parallel skis and came eighth. In the Vantaa WC pairs relay, Pohjois-Savo’s host cursed heavily and was on a collision course with the judges. On Saturday, at the Suomen Cup in Kuopio, Niskanen was fourth in the freestyle 12 km intermediate start race.
