In that case it is recommended that you wait, because wanting to recover what he put now is impossible. The scenario is different for those who, even buying at that time, sell to buy: it is necessary to explain to these owners that just as the price of their property fell, the price of what they are going to repurchase also fell, with which it is a good time to make the change. In addition, since most of the expenses involved in a sale are proportional to the prices of the real estate, making that replacement at a time when prices are low benefits you, because you will have less exit and entry expenses.

On the other hand we have the buyers: the one who really needs, buys. He knows that we are in a low price scenario and he takes advantage of it.
