A week after that fatal Tuesday evening, when his son drowned in their swimming pool in Portugal, he finds support with his family in De Panne. “I want to tell my story to inform other parents. It’s the last thing I can do for Dàvi Luiz.” Laurens is the son of Vincent Deconinck and Dina Nevens, founders of Donny Resorts.
