Weapons and steroids were found in the home of an American bodybuilder.

Bodybuilder Ian Christopher Baunach, 43, has been charged with first-degree murder in the US state of Florida. The victim is Baunach’s ex-wife Katie Samantha Baunach39, whose remains were found in the man’s yard.
The couple, who divorced last year, have two children.
Ian Baunach has been charged with a total of 13 charges, including murder, illegal cremation, drug possession, destruction of evidence and violation of federal gun laws. During a search of the home, the police found a large number of weapons, including a rifle and a pistol, as well as silencers and steroids, in the possession of the former marine.
A search of the house revealed the atrocity
The last sighting of Katie Baunach was on September 29, when she took her children to a friend’s house and said she was going to her ex-husband’s house to pick up his things. The next day, the woman was reported missing to the Hendry County Sheriff.
When the police arrived at the house, Katie Baunach’s car was parked on the side of the road and there was a handbag in the person’s place.
The evidence found in the search of the home indicated a murder. The police noticed blood stains on the trunk of Ian Baunach’s car and a scratch on the garage wall. A broken mirror also indicated a physical fight. An attention-grabbing aspect was also the careful surface cleaning of the interior of the car and the house, which had made the places shine glamorously.
The wedding and engagement rings that Katie Baunach had worn on the night of her disappearance were found in the house’s safe.
The chain of events was solved in its entirety when the police found a recently burned fire place and a barrel, from which the smoke that spread indicated an arson. A jawbone and a tooth could be distinguished from the ashes.
Ian Baunach said during the interrogation that he got into disagreements about another woman with his ex-wife, but then decided to go to bed to avoid an argument. After waking up, he noticed that Katie was no longer at his home and that her car had also disappeared from the park.
Baunach has admitted to possessing steroids, but has denied murder.
Restraining order
Earlier this month, Katie Baunach had reported a violent threat to her child to the police and obtained a restraining order against her ex-husband. In 2021, when the couple broke up, the woman had asked the court in the hearing of the case that Ian Baunach get help with his self-control problems.
Baunach started competing in bodybuilding in 2014. The latest competition quotation is from the 2020 NPC Federation North American Championships in the over 40 Classic physique class.
