Where and with whom do you live?
‘In Amsterdam with my mother Rosanne (36), father Sol (38) and sister Nía (1). Nía is very sweet. She comforts me sometimes. If I fall she gives kisses.’
When was the last time you did a good deed?
‘For example, if I get up quickly and dress properly when we go to school. Often I don’t want to get up in the morning and I want to stay in bed longer. Then I’m not doing well. I’m so tired that I don’t want to go to school. Point.’
Do you have any hobbies?
‘I got Lego for the first time with Sinterklaas. Now I love Lego a hundred times a thousand. I like to build with small things. Today I build Harry Potter and the dragon. That is for older children of 10 years. But I’m so good at it that I’m almost done with it. Only the wings of the dragon remain. I think he’s going to be very beautiful.’
What makes you happy?
‘We were on vacation in Costa Rica. We sat on a roof terrace and looked out over the jungle. I thought the jungle was so beautiful. Actually, I would like a jungle in my house with trees, plants, grass, monkeys, snakes, jaguars, tigers and more jaguars and more tigers. I want all the animals of the jungle in my house.’
Is not that dangerous?
“Not if you don’t hurt them. Tigers are gentle and sweet if you just let them.’
Who would you like to be for a day?
‘I want to be a tiger. My best friend Max must therefore be a tiger. We will then climb trees together and rest. If we have to, we can defend ourselves with our teeth against people who want to hurt us or want us as pets.’
What’s the best story you’ve heard recently?
‘About the dinosaurs and the meteorite. About how that meteorite came down and how big it was. As a result, there is a very large hole in the ground in South America, almost as large as the whole of the Netherlands. The meteorite killed the dinosaurs. Dinosaurs were beautiful because of their beautiful colors. The T-Rex was green with brown and sometimes had other colors. It was big, maybe as big as this building. But it’s funny, because he only had very small claws.’
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
‘Then I am an artist because then I can do whatever I want. Maybe I’m building a really big spider or I’m still building with lego. Max and I are also going to climb together on very large rocks in the jungle. Our friends Aziz, Bernat and Austin are also joining us. When we’re at the top, we look out over the jungle and make fun jokes.’
