ANDnth change of schedule for I sing generation! After postponements and postponements even before its debut, Gerry Scotti’s show on Channel 5 moves to Monday, tonight at 9.20pm the semi-final will be broadcast initially scheduled for Thursday 21 December.

The other four teams are captained by Fausto Leali, Mietta, Cristina Scuccia and Iva Zanicchi, all remained with two singers each. Leali has Samuel Spina (14) and Andrea Thomas Urru, while Mietta participates with Daniele Mattia Inzucchi (14) and Elia Pedrini (10), the youngest competitor on the program.

The contestants eliminated in previous episodes
Cristina Scuccia’s team is composed of Aurora Castellani (14) and Rocco Pepe (14), that of Iva Zanicchi includes Pietro Agnello (14) and Nicole Corrente (12). The competitors eliminated during the previous episodes, however, are 8. Fausto Leali’s team had to say goodbye to Nicole Malizia (13) and Sophia Marino (14).

The semi-final mechanism
On the occasion of the penultimate episode, the format changes the game mechanism. If up to now the challenge has seen 6 teams clash, now the teams become two and are made up of 8 competitors. Leading them are Fausto Leali and Iva Zanicchiawarded the double role of team leader and companion on stage.
In fact, they will not fail to duet with the young singers and Benedetta Caretta, Mietta, Cristina Scuccia and Anna Tatangelo are also famous. Regarding the selection, each of them sings in pairs with a competitor. At the end of the performance he arrives the mark assigned by the judgesthat is to say Claudio Amendola, Al Bano, Orietta Berti and Michelle Hunziker.
At the end of all the performances, a partial ranking is drawn up, which can be overturned by the studio audience, made up of 100 people. So four competitors are eliminated. This is done by saving half of the members from the second-placed team, two chosen by the jury together with Chiara Tortorella – speaker of R101, the official radio of the program – and two by the public vote. After tonight’s semi-final, I sing generation returns to the air on December 27th for the last episode and that evening there will be 12 singers in the cast.

I sing generation takes the place of Big Brother 2023
Monday on Canale 5 – usually the evening of Big Brother 2023 – leave room for I sing generation. Yet another change of program for the show which had a dancer placement even before its debut. Originally scheduled for November 8, it has been moved several times. To finally find a place on Wednesday.
This week then the change was double. First on Thursday 21st to make room for the round of 16 of the Italian Cup (Inter – Bologna), then on Monday 18th.
However Monday is now the day of Big Brother. Which returns on Saturday without a catch-up episode (a film is scheduled for Thursday). Will it prove to be a winning choice?
