Artist Bess has had enough of the inappropriate behavior she experienced in the TV industry.

With these powerful words, the artist Bess, 30, opens up about his feelings in his Instagram post. He says that he has encountered inappropriate behavior in working life.
Bess, real name Essi Launimo, says that he kept his thoughts to himself at first, but stated that it was appropriate to raise such an issue. That’s why he is now telling about the inappropriate behavior of a sound technician towards him.
– There were already too many times that the sound technician, who is supposed to be a man, put his fingers and a clip unnecessarily directly between my breasts in TV filming, the singer says in her publication.
According to Bess, real professionals and people with manners give the microphone to the artist and instruct him to place it on his own chest. According to him, some voice actors even ask if they can touch the singer.

The singer was upset that the sound technician’s inappropriate action affected her performance during the filming.
– Even though I immediately said not to touch my tits (before I’ve just frozen and paralyzed), all the good charge still had time to evaporate. It’s damn nice to go in front of the camera and smile after someone was about to break the skin, Bess complains.
– There is a feeling again that the filming went to hell. I couldn’t be myself and I wasn’t comfortable throwing any quick and witty flips because of the physical and mental defensive reaction left by this incident, she adds.
Bess states that getting permission is enough.
– I don’t understand how it is so difficult to realize what is not appropriate, and that you don’t touch another person without asking? Pats on the shoulder, hugs and non-sexual touching are normal and different, the artist reflects.
– It’s fucking unnerving. Leave that person alone if they are not in the mood to cuddle or talk or make interactive eye contact. Let it be, he states.
