“I have a personal commitment to Pedro Sánchez”

In this context, the Defense Minister, Daisy Robles, has stressed this Saturday that he has “a personal commitment to Pedro Sánchez for a long time” and has shown his confidence in the President of the Government and in the policy he is carrying out. “I believe in Pedro Sánchez and the policy that is being carried out is the best for Spain,” said the Defense Minister in an interview with TVE when asked if he will participate in the general elections on July 23.

Robles headed the list for the PSOE Congress in Ávila in 2019, when he won his seat, although he left it the following year to focus on his work at the head of Defense. “I will be committed as long as I serve. It is a luxury to be Defense Minister,” she insisted during the celebration of Armed Forces Day, which is celebrated in Granada.
