Mira Luoti recalls the events of 2014 in the Suomi soi program.
“The house is quiet. Soccer shoes under the stairs. I’ll pick up one of them. It’s smaller than your coffin.”
Samuli Putro gives a touching performance in Suomi soi Take in your arms – song. It is Putro’s own translation Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds From Into My Arms. The words tell such a sad story about the death of a child that one or another in the studio has tears in their eyes.
The same goes for Mira Luodi. The words of the song remind him of the events of 2014. At that time, Luoti ended up in Jorvi’s emergency room because of her youngest child, only a few weeks old. Courage-son has a congenital heart defect, and now his heart had stopped.
– The child was taken from me and told that he would be resuscitated, Luoti recalls the worst experience of his life.
– I was completely confused. I didn’t understand anything that happened. He was taken from me so suddenly.

Urho was taken to the Children’s Clinic, where Luoti was also sent behind by taxi. During the trip, the driver talked about these things. Luoti wanted to scream, but instead he sat on the bench silently.
– I didn’t know if I had a child, she recalls her train of thought in the program.
Once there, it turned out that Luodi still had a child. The little baby had been revived. But the worst was by no means over.
– I took him in my arms. The heart stopped then again, Luoti times horror moments.
At that exact moment, Luoti was alone with his son, and the nurses weren’t there either.
– I ran into the corridor and just shouted “come and save my child”. I screamed as much as I could.
Help arrived on time already for the second time during the same day. Currently, Urho is an 8-year-old student.
