“I did two people a year”

To the surprise of many, Alma Hätönen quit last October as the presenter of Hitmix’s morning program. Hätönen said that he was making a small break at the time.

The decision has kept.

– The intention is really to take this year in peace. I work hard enough to get my bills and loan repayments paid, Hätönen said at a welfare event at Kamppi in Helsinki, Finland.

Last year, Hätönen also did television shows like Big Brother for six months while making morning radio.

– I worked for two people a year.

Hätönen says that his thoughts are now in the world and that he is grieving for the Ukrainians.

– It’s helpless. It is good, however, that there are such charities.

The cottage project is junta

In interviews, Hätönen has talked about his cottage project during the past year. He once bought a cottage plot a year ago.

– I’ve been dreaming of a lace villa since I was a little girl. But realities come up, traditional construction is a beautiful but expensive idea. I also want the cottage to be second-class, so it will be more modern than a lace villa, but a lot of wooden surfaces, Hätönen said earlier in an interview with Iltalehti.

The cottage building is progressing slowly.

– Nothing has been done. Construction will begin next fall. This, too, now feels quite secondary here. It feels silly to even think about it. But life is bound to go on and do what it can.
