Andrea Petkovic is not interested in the job of national tennis coach. “No, I definitely won’t take on the job,” the former player told the pay-TV channel Sky, for which she works as an expert. The German Tennis Association (DTB) announced on Sunday that it was separating from the previous women’s boss Barbara Rittner (50).
“Barbara Rittner shaped German women’s tennis for 19 years,” said the 36-year-old. “She put her heart and soul into it and mastered this challenging job very well. She has my greatest respect and thanks for that.”
