In Zulzeke near Kluisbergen in East Flanders, a man in his thirties was rescued from an icy stream on Friday night. The victim was completely hypothermic. “A big compliment to our officers and the woman who saved the man’s life,” says Joost Duhamel, chief of the Flemish Ardennes police zone.
