How hypocritical the members of the so-called last generation are was shown on Friday.
The eco-fanatics have declared war on cars. And they rented such cars for the radical protest.
That’s bigotry to the power of ten. And it’s reminiscent of the double standards of politicians who preach a car-free city but have themselves chauffeured to appointments by car.
So it is not surprising that many government parties have little or no criticism of the actions of the eco-extremists.
Luckily, the company Sixt sent an unmistakable message: It is condemned if rental cars are misused for such campaigns. And: The perpetrators will no longer be allowed to rent there in the future.
Good this way! Harsh consequences are probably the only means that have an effect on such extremists!
