Hundreds of pharmacists donate medicines to Ukraine

A pharmacist from Sijsele collects everything and from there various transports leave for the east. A trip of 1,600 kilometers over several days. Anne Leenesonne, pharmacist: “We mainly supply painkillers such as paracetamol and ibuprofen, and disinfectants such as isobetadine and also compresses and wound dressings.”

Everything has to go fast, every hour is important and so a transport left for the war zone on Tuesday. Everything is distributed among municipalities and hospitals. “I think they really need that there. I don’t think we see on TV what there is of need there.”
