Hundreds more Russian anti-war protesters arrested

Hundreds of people were also arrested in Russia on Monday protesting the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It concerns at least 413 arrests in thirteen cities. In Moscow there were more than 200, reports the civil rights organization OVD-Info.

The Russian security forces are considered extremely cruel to protesters and they are cracking down on them. The Russian authorities warn against participating in the unauthorized demonstrations. They are not allowed because they go against the corona measures, but that is seen by critics as a pretext.
