If anyone is not known as a sensation journalist, it is Humberto Tan. After all, the presenter has been accused for years that he always avoids the really hot issues with his interview guests. But now that he has had Bilal Wahib’s now 15-year-old victim on his show, everyone accuses him of some kind of rancid scoring drive.

Hypocritical l*l

His mustachioed competitor Johan Derksen goes far and states that Humberto is guilty of transgressive behavior. “That boy was first persuaded by a madman to show his d*ck and now he has been persuaded again to sit there and now he cannot go outside for another six months. That kid was really taken advantage of.”

According to Humberto, the conversation was prepared in an honest manner, but Johan is suspicious of that. He continues Today Inside: “Humberto is a hypocritical p*ss, man. He sits there and says ‘all understanding’ and ‘oh, how bad’ and so on.”

Attracting viewers

Humberto is ruthlessly aiming for high viewing figures, says Johan. “He doesn’t give a shit. He just wants to attract viewers, man. That man is really terrible. That kid was just abused. That is transgressive behavior. (…) When Humberto finds the moment, that boy has to show up and so on?”

Table guest Wierd Duk, journalist from De Telegraaf: “I don’t like it either. Not really.”

René van der Gijp: “It was very uncomfortable. I watched for five minutes. He was blowing and doing. It was so awkward.”

Very annoying

Johan found it difficult to look at that young boy. “It was very annoying to have to watch it.”

René: “So I didn’t finish it either.”

Johan: “You sometimes also have to protect people from themselves.”

Wierd: “With those adults around it, you know.”

Ben van de Burg: “Yes, you should just take that boy off the TV.”

‘This is abuse’

Wierd finds the two coaches who sat at the table with that 15-year-old boy irresponsible. “As a coach you say to that boy: of course you should never start that.”

Ben: “Of course, this really doesn’t make sense.”

Wierd: “It’s just abuse, I think.”

Wierd: “It is a very important story. That’s what I think is bad about it, because the sensation is chosen. This is about ratings, sensation, you know.”
