Human Touch emerged in mid-1993 as a one-person communication agency, which was later joined by two partners, who contributed their knowledge in the commercial and Human Resources areas. Currently, the company takes these last two activities as the main lines of business.
We are a team of professionals with different ages, experiences and backgrounds who provide different views, under the premise of adding value all the time, both for clients and internally.
What services do you provide to the public?
We can divide them into three large groups: Personnel Searches; Organizational Development and Business Development.
We can ensure that we are leaders in transformation processes, mainly in companies that want to become professional.
There are many SMEs, especially family businesses, with traditional paradigms that currently have difficulties understanding the new generations and the new management models in general.
Faced with these challenges, we are trained and have the necessary experience to make companies take that leap in quality that times demand.
How do you project the Consultant in the medium term?
We are a benchmark in the central region of the country and we want to consolidate ourselves as leaders throughout Argentina.
Human Touch is aimed at SMEs, which are the great generators of employment and progress.
Our purpose is to generate value in societies by improving their organizations.
What are your differentials in the category?
Fundamentally we stand out for providing solutions tailored to the client.
We are specialists in being there when we are needed and at the same time helping to build autonomous and independent companies.
We are trained in agile and neurosales methodologies, among other disciplines, and we update ourselves with new theoretical models to test them all the time, validating their effectiveness and evaluating their applicability in our reality. That makes us very practical professionals with a lot of science behind them.
We are firmly convinced that the true agents of change are the people who make up the companies and our role is to be the best facilitators and companions on this path, giving psychological security to the teams to channel their emotions, coaching their leaders and designing spaces of continuous creation.
If you were starting over, what would you do differently?
Possibly move forward in a more focused way.
Entrepreneurship often has a great need to invoice and all kinds of clients are taken. Thus, by wanting to take advantage of all opportunities, consistency in organizational growth is lost.
