Hugo Boss invests in logistics center

The Metzingen clothing provider Hugo Boss is more than 100 million euros in the expansion of his logistics center in Filderstadt-Bonlanden near Stuttgart.

The extended logistics location is to be put into operation in 2026 and created up to 300 new jobs, Hugo Boss said on Thursday. The new building will increase shipping and storage capacities by around 75 percent. The focus of the expansion is on the further digitalization and automation of processes as well as the further development of robotics solutions.

“We are now creating additional capacity in our ultra-modern logistics center so that we can continue to deliver the increased order volume quickly and reliably in the future.

The storage capacity is around 400,000 places.
