“Our new Claim 5 growth strategy is broad because we want to grow in all regions, touchpoints and brands as well as in all product areas,” said Hugo Boss Managing Director Daniel Grieder. “We are very pleased that with the Movado Group we have the right partner at our side to exploit the full potential of Boss and Hugo in the watch and jewelry licensing business.”

As part of the renewal of the licensing agreement, the companies also announced that they are launching a men’s watch made from recycled ocean plastic. This appears under the Boss brand.

“The Boss and Hugo brands have made a significant contribution to the international growth of the Movado Group. This partnership has proven successful for both companies […]” said Efraim Grinberg, CEO of Movado Group.

In addition to Hugo Boss, Movado also holds licenses for brands such as Coach, Lacoste and Tommy Hilfiger.
