Manchester United boss John Shiels caused an uproar at the club’s awards ceremony with his sexist comment.
Shiels had to give up the Goal of the Year award For Alessia Russobut the prize for the man was so heavy that the gentleman in the background should have taken it.

Shiels’ embarrassing comment went viral on social media, and the man got to hear his praise. So he told his own version of what happened.
– I commented on the weight of the trophy, which offended people. I am shocked by this and want to apologize to Alessia, her teammates and all those I have offended, Shiels began his defense speech.
