Spain has been installed for years in the frontism. Either the right governs with specific support (Rajoy with C’s and PNV in 2016), or the PSOE does it with Podemos and the support of the PNV itself and other nationalists in which pragmatism rules (ERC and Bildu) over dogma (JxCat ).
