Taeke Overdijk (69) lives in the picturesque house at the end of a quiet road, next to the Noordstar windmill in Noordbroek. He is also the miller, 25 years already, and normally sets the sails in motion on January days with a lot of wind. But now he cannot and is not allowed to do that, because the upper part of the mill is no longer good and needs to be restored.
