That question is buzzing now that Peter Goossens (58) leaves his gastronomic temple to his sous chef Floris Van Der Veken (34). The duo themselves keep the sales amount secret, so we asked another star chef with decades of experience and catering consultant Gino Vermeulen for the bill: “The wine cellar alone already has an intrinsic value of 4.5 million euros.”
