Actress Meret Becker (53) said goodbye to Berlin’s “Tatort” with a dramatic finale as commissioner Nina Rubin. At the end of the episode ‘The Girl Who Walks Home Alone’, which aired tonight, she is shot dead by a Russian mob godfather after a showdown at the airport. Her colleague Robert Karow (Mark Waschke) carries her in his arms across the airfield and desperately calls out: “Nina, don’t fall asleep”. In vain.
