Lander Segers (47), brother of singer and actor Iwein Segers, has died on his way to Santiago de Compostela. During his hike, he suffered from a sunstroke, he posted on Facebook. A day later, he died in hospital from organ failure. How exceptional is that? How many people end up in hospital with us? And why should we speak of a heat stroke instead of a sun stroke?
