“How do I achieve a super orgasm solo as a man?”

By Jana Förster and Konstantin Marrach

It’s time again for the slippery questions of everyday life. In her weekly column, Jana Förster is dedicated to solo sex and how it can be even more exciting for men.

Reader Timo (29) from Tegel wrote the following email: “I have read your articles carefully for a long time and you have often described the many different types of orgasm women experience. Are there different ways for men to have an orgasm? And if so, how can I reach them while soloing? Is there also such a thing as a super climax? Similar to a woman’s G-spot orgasm?”

Sex counselor Jana Förster answers: “In the meantime, women at large have already understood that, in addition to the clitoral orgasm, a vaginal orgasm, a mixed orgasm, a multiple or G-orgasm, A-spot or anal orgasm is also possible. However, anyone who thinks that these many possibilities are only reserved for women is fortunately wrong.

Because men also have the opportunity to experience their world of orgasms in a more multifaceted way than many believe or live out. So let’s take a closer look at the different types.

  • The most common and well-known male orgasm is the ejaculatory orgasm. This often occurs very reliably through the classic stimulation of the penis up to the climax with subsequent ejaculation.
  • Furthermore, there is the erogenous climax. This is triggered by the stimulation of the man’s erogenous zones, which often receive far too little attention during lovemaking. Sometimes men are not even aware of their own erogenous zones spread over their bodies. These can include the nipples, the mouth, the perineum, the anus, the neck region, the ears and also unusual parts of the body such as the back of the knees or the armpits. Climaxes can be achieved by tenderly stroking, kissing, licking, kneading, twirling or scratching without further touching the genitals.
  • Another way to get a very fulfilling climax (some describe it as a super orgasm) is this full body orgasm. It is described as extremely intense, spread all over the body and extremely arousing. Because it is achieved primarily through intensive tantric practices and targeted breathing techniques. It is in rare cases with, but mostly without ejaculation involvement.
  • Another type of orgasm is the multiple orgasms. This is often only attributed to women, but multiple orgasms are also possible in men. According to studies, only 1% of the male population has experienced it in their lifetime, but it is possible. What is special about the multiple male orgasm is that multiple climaxes occur without significant recovery time. Most often, this is achieved through a combination of penile and prostate stimulation.
  • The final type of orgasm I want to cover in this article is this prostate orgasm. I would like to go into this in a little more detail below.

The prostate is the counterpart to the female G-spot and is described as a very pleasurable and animalistic climax. It is very fulfilling and the satisfaction lasts significantly longer than ejaculatory orgasm. However, performing a prostate massage requires some care and preparation.

Always ensure hands are clean and fingernails are trimmed short to avoid infection and injury. Use an anal douche so that the anal region to be stimulated is free of souvenirs and surprises. A water-based lubricant is ideal to facilitate stimulation and, above all, to reduce friction.

Then find a comfortable position where they can relax as much as possible. Many men like to lie on their side and pull their knees towards them. If you prefer to lie on your back, you are welcome to place a pillow under your pelvis so that you can reach the prostate better.

Now put a sufficient amount of lubricant on your finger(s) or your chosen toy and then insert it slowly and calmly into the anus. Take your time, because the feeling that occurs is unknown, especially during the first experiences. You are also in what used to be a one-way street, so the feeling can be new and unusual.

It just keeps getting better – I promise! After about 5-7 cm you should feel a small bulge on the intestinal side towards the stomach. If you have achieved this, congratulations. This is your prostate. Now you can gently start the massage. This should initially be done in circles and with light pressure. You will quickly feel what pressure and movement are comfortable.

The body usually reacts quickly with an erection, you can also stimulate the penis if you want. You can achieve a solo prostate orgasm if you stop stimulating the penis just before the climax. You can achieve a mixed orgasm if you stimulate both at the same time. As described above, this makes multiple orgasms possible.

Always listen to your body, it will tell you what it wants. There shouldn’t be any pain at any time. If so, please stop the massage.

If it doesn’t work the first time, you’re not alone. Many men need several attempts to erotically open up to the new feeling and their own anal region.”
