Hovocubo was eliminated in the semi-finals of the KNVB Cup by competitor FC Eindhoven. The futsal players from Zwaag still took the lead via Appie Attahiri, but it became 3-1.
So the start of Hovocubo was still good. Attahiri made it 1-0 after a one-two with Oualid Tarifit. That eventually turned out to be the rest position. In the second half Eindhoven came all the way back against Hovocubo.
The Brabanders struck three times hard in five minutes. First, Ayoub Boukhari equalized. Then it was Denzel van Houtum and Said Bouzambou, who set the final score at 3-1.
The focus of Hovocubo can be fully on the competition. March 10 competitor FC Eindhoven is the next opponent.
