After her participation in Expeditie Robinson, she knew for sure: Eva van de Wijdeven decided two years ago to put an end to her acting career. She hasn’t been in the news for a long time and now she’s making headlines because her house was forced to sell by the bank: incredibly painful of course.

Sold by bank

Her house in Amsterdam was sold last week at a foreclosure auction on behalf of the bank. She bought the apartment in 2018 for 309 thousand euros, it had a mortgage of 375 thousand euros and it was sold for 400 thousand euros. So she is not left with a debt, but she has cut herself quite a bit.

What’s going on? Star broker Leslie de Ruiter Show news: “Unfortunately, Eva’s house has been auctioned. That’s because Eva rented it out without permission from the bank. Every mortgage deed says: ‘You can’t rent it out without permission.’ If you do, there is only one consequence: the entire mortgage amount becomes immediately due and payable.”

Turned out well

Lesie states that the damage is not too bad for Eva. “Despite the auction commissioned by the bank, it turned out well. She bought it in 2017 for 309 thousand euros kk and then she rented it out without permission and in the end it was auctioned for more than 400 thousand euros, so she really stands out.”

She continues: “Imagine that she had not rented out that house in Bos & Lommer, and that is a neighborhood that has risen quite considerably since 2017, then such a house – I estimate – would not have raised 401,500 euros. , but towards half a million euros and that would have been a ton more.”

VvE account

The buyer of Eva’s property will still receive some hefty bills on his doormat. “The buyer is also responsible for overdue contributions to the VvE of 1,100 euros and the arrears in terms of lease payments of 1,016 euros,” writes weekly magazine Weekend.
