House prices rise less sharply for the second month in a row

Owner-occupied homes became 19.5 percent more expensive in March than a year ago, according to figures from Statistics Netherlands (CBS) and the Land Registry on Friday. That is slightly less than the 20.2 percent in February and the 21.1 percent in January. A house cost 426,000 euros in March, says Paul de Vries of the Land Registry to NU.nl.
