Owner-occupied homes have become 20.2 percent more expensive in February compared to the same month a year earlier, according to figures from the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). The price increase is somewhat smaller than last month, when the largest price increase since 1995 was recorded at 21.1 percent.
