After the shocking images: daycare supervisors charged after they frighten toddlers with Halloween mask
At the beginning of October, startling images of an American child nurse went around the internet. The woman, known as CeeCee, wears a Halloween mask and yells at “naughty” kids who scream in fear. The woman was immediately fired from the Mississippi daycare center and, along with three other employees, is now being charged by the children’s parents for child abuse.
