Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia held talks in Berlin on Thursday about the conflicts between Moscow and Kiev. That didn’t yield any results yet. After nine hours of meetings, Russia and Ukraine announced that no agreement had been reached by the so-called Normandy Consultative Group. Talks are likely to continue soon.
